charmed by location and service
attentive staff clean bathroom reliable wifi
I found the staff quite attentive. They were helpful with our needs and made early check-in possible after my long flight. the room was clean and the bathroom suited me well, offering a good space. wifi worked perfectly, enabling me to stay connected .

the hotel provides options to satisfy various needs throughout the day with different food choices available. cleanliness was very well maintained in the rooms and everywhere else i visited on the premises.

the geographical position is a great advantage as it is close to many things i wanted to visit. the hotel is near the center of town, which makes accessing the sea and the beach very simple.

good condition excellent food dirty tiles basic hygiene
The food was indeed excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast , lunch and dinner options offered. The pool area seemed quite nice. The rooms and the hotel in general are renovated and maintained in good condition.
The cleanliness of my room was below expectations. The bathroom tiles and doors were visibly dirty upon arrival. The cleaning staff did not replenish basic hygiene items , such as towels and soap. The ashtray was also not emptied for several days.

good location, small issues
central location daily room cleaning varied breakfast
i liked the hotel location. bars and the sea were nearby. the room was cleaned daily, that was great. breakfast offered various meals, fruits, yogurt, eggs, and cheese.
the pool area seemed small. i think if there were large groups, it could become crowded. the restaurant staff was not so friendly.

the reception staff was helpful. they provide extra pillows on request. the local area advice was also useful. the staff really went out of their way to.
